Brady (Brandon) Jones, J.D. With over eight years of private practice experience, Brady brings deep industry knowledge and practical insight to legal search and compliance recruitment mandates across a range of organizations.
Brady has earned a reputation for unparalleled service, professionalism, and a highly consultative approach to every legal and compliance search. He works closely with clients to understand their business, culture, and talent acquisition needs, ensuring each placement is aligned both strategically and professionally. Leveraging his legal background, Brady is able to ask the right questions, assess complex roles, and present only top-tier candidates for positions ranging from in-house counsel to senior compliance leadership.
Brady was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and the New York State Bar in 2010. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association, and formerly the New York State Bar Association. He spent the majority of his legal career practicing at mid-sized Bay Street law firms, giving him firsthand experience with the demands of private practice and in-house legal environments.
Brady completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. He also participated in exchange programs at East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai and Leiden University in the Netherlands.
Outside of work, Brady is an avid cyclist, golfer, squash and hockey player, and most importantly, a proud husband and father of two.

As a Toronto-based finance recruiter, Patrick specializes in finance and accounting recruitment, working closely with organizations to build high-performing teams aligned with their business goals.
Prior to his career in recruitment, Patrick spent 10 years working in Corporate Strategy at two of Canada’s largest pension funds, OMERS and HOOPP. During this time, he was responsible for building Finance & Accounting teams and collaborating with multiple business lines across complex organizations. This first-hand industry experience enables Patrick to provide meaningful insight to both clients and candidates throughout the finance recruitment process.
Patrick has built a strong reputation for going above and beyond for his clients. By combining deep market knowledge, strong candidate relationships, and a consultative approach to finance and accounting search, he consistently delivers thoughtful, long-term hiring solutions. His persistence and commitment to finding the right fit have resulted in many long-standing client partnerships. Patrick prides himself on being a true strategic partner to his clients.
Patrick completed his undergraduate degree at Queen’s University and earned his Master’s degree from the University of Wales.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys running, squash, and early morning workouts, though his favourite way to spend time is with his wife and wonderful daughters.

As a senior legal recruiter, she specializes in legal search and legal recruitment at the executive and senior leadership level, supporting organizations with complex and confidential hiring needs.
Prior to joining BJRC Recruiting, Neda managed the Associate and Student Programs for the Canadian offices of one of the world’s largest law firms, where she led recruitment, talent management, and professional development initiatives. Earlier in her career, Neda worked as Legal Counsel at a national Canadian telecommunications company and as an Associate at a Seven Sister firm in Toronto.
Neda brings a unique and highly valued perspective to legal recruitment, drawing on her experience as a private practice lawyer, in-house legal counsel, and internal legal recruiter. This background allows her to efficiently identify top legal talent for clients while also guiding candidates through strategic career decisions. She works with clients nationwide and is bilingual, with experience supporting legal search mandates across Canada, including Québec.
Neda holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Osgoode Hall Law School and an International B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013.
Outside of work, Neda enjoys travelling and hosting friends and family at her lively home, which she shares with her husband, two children, and two feline companions.

As a Montreal-based legal recruiter, she supports law firms and corporations with tailored legal hiring solutions, working closely with both provincial and national clients.
Stephanie began her career in legal recruitment in 2016 at a well-established Québec recruitment firm, where she managed end-to-end candidate selection processes and advised a diverse client base. Her experience includes working with a wide range of law firms and in-house legal teams, giving her a strong understanding of the Québec legal market and its unique hiring landscape.
Prior to joining BJRC Recruiting, Stephanie worked as an investigator lawyer at Latitude, a leading firm specializing in psychological harassment cases. She also has experience practicing criminal law, where she developed a strong skill set in conflict resolution and the management of sensitive and complex matters. This background allows her to quickly assess organizational needs and deliver thoughtful, creative legal recruitment solutions tailored to each client.
Stephanie has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2015 and holds a Certificate in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her daughter, playing and listening to music, and being surrounded by family and friends.

As a Toronto-based recruiter, Kaylee supports clients across multiple industries with thoughtful, end-to-end hiring solutions.
Kaylee’s strengths lie in building strong, long-term relationships and guiding both clients and candidates through every stage of the recruitment process. She works closely with stakeholders to coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, negotiate contracts, and finalize placements, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for all parties involved. Her legal background allows her to navigate complex hiring requirements and deliver high-quality candidates aligned with both technical and cultural needs.
Kaylee is a licensed lawyer and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
Kaylee completed her undergraduate degree at Western University and earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her nieces and her new puppy, Basil.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive recruitment experience, Hazel supports organizations with senior finance and accounting talent on a contract and interim basis, delivering flexible solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
Hazel began her career in finance and accounting at PwC, one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she led external audits and worked closely with senior finance and accounting professionals across a wide range of industries. This experience provided her with strong technical expertise as well as a deep appreciation for consultative, relationship-driven client service.
After five years at PwC, Hazel emigrated to Canada and transitioned into finance recruitment with Robert Half Management Resources. Over the past nine years, she has played a key role in building and leading interim recruitment practices, providing contract-based senior finance and accounting solutions that support clients’ strategic and operational goals. Hazel’s approach is rooted in long-term relationships, a clear understanding of client requirements, and a commitment to delivering results.
Although born to a Canadian father, Hazel’s native Spanish speaker, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of clients and candidates. Outside of work, Hazel enjoys dancing and singing (with a sense of humour about her musical talent) and, above all, spending time with her family, including her two daughters and her supportive husband.

Prior to joining BJRC Recruiting, Natalie served as Manager and Legal Counsel at Canada’s largest real estate investment trust, where she oversaw legal matters related to operations, asset management, transactions, leasing, litigation, and bankruptcy. Earlier in her career, Natalie practiced as an associate in the Commercial Real Estate group at a national full-service law firm in Toronto.
Natalie brings a well-rounded perspective to legal recruitment, shaped by her experience in private practice and as in-house legal counsel. This background enables her to understand both organizational needs and candidate motivations, while her strong interpersonal skills allow her to build trusted relationships and deliver thoughtful, effective hiring solutions for clients and candidates alike.
Natalie holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling, reading, spin and Pilates classes, and spending time with family, friends, and her puppy, Theo.

Sat was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 after graduating with Honours from the University of Leicester. Before joining BJRC Recruiting, he practiced as a litigation lawyer at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto, with a focus on civil litigation and condominium law.
Earlier in his legal career, Sat worked as a sole practitioner and criminal defence lawyer, gaining valuable experience in entrepreneurship, client management, and advocacy. This diverse legal background allows him to bring a practical, well-rounded perspective to legal recruitment and to effectively assess both client needs and candidate capabilities.
Sat’s experience in private practice, combined with his approachable, outgoing personality, enables him to build strong relationships, support candidates in advancing their legal careers, and provide clients with high-quality legal and compliance talent.

Léa has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2024 and holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal. She began her legal career as a law student and articling student at a national law firm, where she gained exposure to multiple areas of practice. Following her call to the Bar, Léa practiced as a lawyer at a general practice firm, with a focus on civil and commercial litigation as well as employment law. This diverse legal background gives her a strong understanding of the legal profession and enables her to align effectively with client needs and high-calibre legal candidates.
In addition to her legal experience, Léa brings a well-rounded professional background that includes mentoring, tutoring, and involvement with the National Network of Pro Bono Students. Before pursuing law, she worked as an actress in film and television, developing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that are central to her success in legal recruitment.
Fluent in both French and English, Léa works with a wide range of clients and candidates across Québec. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, and staying active through sports.

Satchel has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2022. She completed her legal studies in France, earning an LL.B. from the Sorbonne, followed by a double Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property from Université Paris-Saclay and Université Laval. This international academic background provides her with a global perspective that she brings to her work in legal recruitment.
Alongside her legal studies, Satchel worked in event management, where she developed strong project coordination and client relationship skills. These capabilities now support her work as a recruitment consultant, particularly in managing complex search processes and maintaining a high level of client and candidate engagement.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Satchel practiced civil and commercial litigation in Québec, including in Montréal. This experience strengthened her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to quickly assess complex matters, skills she now applies to understanding client needs and identifying the right legal talent for each opportunity.

Claire is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and earned her Juris Doctor from Western University. She brings a strong foundation in both law and business to her role, shaped by a diverse range of legal and professional experiences. During law school, Claire spent a summer in the Salary Arbitration department at the National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA) and also summered at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Following a judicial clerkship at the Tax Court of Canada, she returned to Davies as a Tax Associate, where she worked on both tax planning and tax litigation matters.
Before entering the legal profession, Claire completed a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with an Honours Specialization in Accounting at Western University. She also gained early professional experience through a summer internship in the Assurance group at Ernst & Young LLP. This background enables Claire to bring a well-rounded perspective to legal recruitment, particularly for roles that require strong commercial and financial acumen.
Claire is also a former student-athlete, having played for the Western University varsity women’s hockey team. She was part of the team that captured an OUA gold medal and a U Sports silver medal.
