Brady founded BJRC Recruiting. He is a former practicing lawyer, now dedicated to recruiting legal and compliance professionals. Brady has quickly earned a reputation for unrivalled service and professionalism. He provides a consultative approach to every search. A great deal of time is spent with his clients, so that he can properly understand the organization, its culture and its talent acquisition need. Brady was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 and the New York State Bar in 2010 and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association and formerly the New York State Bar Association. Brady spent the majority of his legal career in mid-sized Bay Street firms.

Brady completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University in Queensland, Australia. He also attended exchange programs at the East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai, China (2006) and Leiden University, The Netherlands (2007).

Brady is an avid cyclist, golfer, squash player, hockey player, and most importantly, husband and father to two kids.

Prior to his career in recruitment, he spent 10 years working in Corporate Strategy at two large Pension Funds. While at OMERS and HOOPP Patrick was responsible for building out Finance & Accounting teams and for collaborating with various business lines. Neda is a Vice President of Legal Recruitment at BJRC Recruiting. She manages all aspects of the executive legal search process for law firms and in-house legal departments across Canada.

Prior to joining BJRC Recruiting, Neda managed the Associate and Student Programs for the Canadian offices of one of the largest law firms in the world, where she led recruitment, talent management and professional development initiatives. Prior to this role, Neda worked as Legal Counsel at a national Canadian telecommunications company, and as an Associate at a Seven Sister firm in Toronto.

Neda brings a unique perspective to her clients’ recruitment needs thanks to her past experience as a private practice lawyer, as in-house legal counsel and as an internal legal recruiter. She is able to efficiently identify top talent for clients, as well as assist candidates in determining the next steps in their careers. She is bilingual and has worked with clients all across Canada, including Québec.

Neda holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an International B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.

Hazel began her career in finance and accounting with PwC, one of the Big Four, where she led external audits and collaborated closely with senior finance and accounting professionals across diverse industries. Her time at PwC gave her not just strong technical accounting knowledge but also a deep understanding of the importance of tailored consulting services and strong client relationships.

After five enriching years at PwC, Hazel emigrated to Canada and transitioned into the recruitment field with Robert Half Management Resources. Over the past nine years, she has not only advanced in her career but also spearheaded the internal recruitment practice, providing contract-based senior finance and accounting solutions to meet clients’ strategic goals.
